In search of a versatile wiki
The IT department of the city of Zug was faced with the challenge of finding a wiki solution that would not only serve as a central source of information, but also cover the collaboration of several specialist departments. Project management, application management, support and systems engineering needed a platform on which they could manage documentation, instructions, BPMN processes and technical documentation securely and centrally.
