Metadata and labels

Use metadata and labels to supplement and categorize your content and make it easier to find.

Metadata act as small databases that are integrated directly into Phonemos. They can be used to supplement and categorize content and make it easier to find. Metadata is particularly powerful when combined with labels. Labels work like tags, which help you to manage related content more easily. You can define your own labels that you then want to use on your pages.

For example, you can define a status label for one of your projects, which is used to identify different project phases (in planning, in progress, completed). Metadata provides you with certain filter options and you can search your content specifically for these labels. This allows you to easily display all pages that are marked with the label "in progress", for example. By combining metadata and labels, you can search for specific labels and find the relevant content even faster.

Use metadata and labels and benefit from even more organization and increased efficiency in the future.
