Metadata function as small databases that are directly integrated into Phonemos. They make it possible to supplement, categorize and find content more easily. Metadata becomes particularly powerful when combined with labels. Labels worked like tags, which help you manage related content more easily. You can set your own labels that you want to use on your pages afterwards.
For example, you can set a status label for one of your projects, which marks different project phases (in planning, in processing, completed). Metadata gives you certain filter options and allows you to search your content specifically for these labels. In this way, you can easily display all pages that are marked with the label “in progress”, for example. By combining metadata and labels, you can search specifically for specific labels and find the corresponding content even faster.
