In Phonemos, you can set permissions for your entire page, or individually for topics. The hierarchy is page --> topic --> single page
All new topics inherit the permissions of the parent page (site).
Add users and groups from the drop-down menu and adjust permissions as needed. You manage the groups and users with the built-in Keycloak, a free open source identity & access management system.
If necessary, click Reset Permissions; this will undo any changes and return the site's permissions to the topic level.
If you're allowed to do so, you can change permissions for the site.
